Built by people who fix doors, not by people who sell them.
I.O.S. is a Texas commercial overhead door contractor. New as a company, and deliberately narrow as a business: commercial and industrial openings, statewide, with a line answered at three in the morning.
Because the complicated jobs keep getting quoted badly.
Every facility manager in Texas has the same story: three quotes, two of them for the wrong assembly, one crew that never came back, and a door that is worse than before. That happens because commercial door work gets treated as a volume trade run off price sheets.
We built I.O.S. around the opposite idea: measure the opening, specify the assembly it needs, write the scope down, do the work properly, and be reachable afterwards. It is not a clever business model. It is what the trade is supposed to be.

Four commitments, in plain language.
We tell you the truth about your door
Including when it does not need replacing, and when another contractor can get there faster than we can.
We write the scope down
Make, model, gauge, cycle rating, operator class, safety devices, inclusions and exclusions, all visible before you sign.
We do not defeat safety devices
Not to save a call-back, not to please a customer in a hurry. If an entrapment device is tripping, something is wrong with the door.
We answer the phone
24 hours a day, by someone who can actually help. A door that will not close is not a next-business-day problem.
