24/7 commercial door repair. Answered by a person.
A door that will not close is a security problem, a safety problem and, at a dock, a production problem. Our emergency line is answered day, night, weekend and holiday, and the truck that comes carries the parts that actually fail.
The failures we see every week.
If your door is doing one of these, we have the part on the truck.
Broken springs and cables
The loudest failure and the most dangerous to touch. Replaced in matched pairs, sized and cycle-rated for how the door is actually used.
Door off track or bent
Impact damage from a forklift or a truck. We straighten, re-align or replace sections, and find the cause.
Operator will not run
Motors, gearboxes, limit switches, boards, contactors and wiring, diagnosed rather than replaced hopefully.
Door reverses or will not close
Photo eyes, reversing edges, encoders and limits. We fix the fault instead of defeating the safety device.
Rolling curtain jammed
Slat damage, barrel and bracket problems, tension and guide issues on rolling steel and grilles.
Dock leveler faults
Hydraulic leaks, lip failures, chain and spring problems, restraint sensors and dock controls.
Gate operator down
Slide and swing operators, chains, sprockets, loop detectors, keypads and access control.
Fire door dropped
Release devices, governors and resetting after a drop test or alarm event, documented for your inspector.
Installed wrong by others
We survey the assembly, say plainly what is wrong, and quote the fix once.
No mystery invoices.
You will know what we found, what we did and what it costs before we do it.
You call, a person answers
Not a queue and not an answering service reading a script.
An honest arrival window
Based on where our nearest crew actually is. If we cannot be there fast enough for a critical opening, we say so.
Diagnosis before dollars
The technician finds the cause, shows you, and gives a price to approve before work starts.
Repaired, or secured and scheduled
Most calls finish on the first visit. When a part has to come, we secure the opening and give a firm return date.
Written condition report
What failed, what we replaced, and what else on that door is close to failing.
How we triage a call.
Not every door down is an emergency, and pretending otherwise is how you get charged emergency rates for a bent track.
| Priority | What it means | Response |
|---|---|---|
| P1: Building open | The opening cannot be secured, or a life-safety door has failed. | Immediate dispatch, day or night |
| P2: Production stopped | A dock or process opening is down and work has stopped behind it. | Same day wherever a crew can reach you |
| P3: Degraded | The door runs but is unsafe, noisy, slow or failing intermittently. | Next available scheduled slot |
| P4: Planned | Known repair, part on order, or work you want done out of hours. | Scheduled with you, including nights and weekends |
Program customers move up one tier automatically. We will tell you which tier we think you are in before we roll a truck, not after.
Door down right now?
Calling is always faster than a form. If you would rather write, send the site address and what is happening and we will call you back.
